THE VISION
A place designed for perspective
Namibia offers something rare: space. Space to train, to think, to sit with difficult questions, and to see how small our disagreements can look under a very large sky.
Our long-term goal is a campus that brings together athletic training, leadership retreats, conservation learning and historical education — with a museum and resource centre at its heart.
This is a plan, openly described as such. We are developing the concept carefully, in conversation with Namibian educators, community representatives and historians.
CAMPUS PROGRAMME
Six strands under one roof
Sports & Fitness
Training grounds and outdoor conditioning that use Namibia's landscape as the finest gymnasium available.
Museum
A place of remembrance and study, presenting difficult histories with accuracy, dignity and care.
Leadership Retreats
Multi-day residential programmes for young leaders: reflection, teamwork, planning and honest conversation.
Historical Education
Curricula and guided programmes for schools, visiting groups and community educators.
Safari & Conservation Learning
Guided experiences that connect stewardship of the natural world with stewardship of community life.
Educational Resource Centre
A reference library, digital archive and quiet study space open to students and researchers.
Looking ahead: The Namibia campus, museum and educational resource centre are proposed future developments. No facility is currently operating, and no partnership should be understood as established until we announce it.
FUTURE MUSEUM TOPICS
Remembrance handled with care
These subjects are proposed as educational initiatives promoting remembrance, peace, tolerance and historical understanding. Each would be developed with scholars, educators and the communities most closely connected to that history.
The Herero & Nama Genocide
Presented with respect for descendant communities, drawing on Namibian scholarship and testimony, so that this history is remembered accurately and taught responsibly.
The Holocaust
An educational programme on the destruction of European Jewry, its warnings about dehumanisation, and the responsibilities of remembrance for every generation.
The Armenian Genocide
A study of the Armenian experience and its place in the wider history of mass atrocity, prevention and international recognition.
Our commitment across all three subjects is the same: accuracy before emotion, testimony before commentary, and education that leads toward tolerance rather than resentment.
SAFARI RETREAT
Leadership learned outdoors
Guided wildlife experiences form part of the retreat curriculum — not as tourism alone, but as a lesson in patience, observation and shared responsibility for fragile things.
Groups travel light, keep early hours, and spend their evenings in structured discussion. Participants leave with a plan for something they intend to build at home.
